A busy day. The first day of the Pastors Conference went well and people were mightily blessed. The first Gospel Service was well attended and about 200 people responded either recommiting their lives to Jesus or making a commitment for the first time. Some of the team are unwell please pray for a swift recovery.

Ian and Matt went into Cuddalore this afternoon in an auto-rickshaw complete with loudspeaker, plus a local interpreter and driver. They gave out leaflets about the gospel meetings. They then went to the location of the gospel meetings to pray on the platform for the meetings. While doing this a crowd of workmen and other local people gathered - so the gospel was preached and 9 people gave their lives to the Lord - praise God! Needless to say Ian and Matt were leaping for joy and mightily encouraged.

The team have had today to themselves, some people have been shopping and some sight-seeing. Later in the evening they went back to the beach to hold another outreach

We received our first email from the team late Sunday evening detailing an outreach they held on the beach. 11/12 people came to know Jesus as their saviour and several people were healed

The team left Watton at 4.30am in good spirits. The flights went smoothly and they arrived at 8am on Sunday 22nd July (Cuddalore time).
