Together for God: India

BANGALORE, SOUTH INDIA
The teams that visit India will initially serve in Bangalore; this is a large, busy, well-developed city (population over 5 Million) inland west of Madras. Bangalore is famous for its computer-based industries.

Our host in Bangalore, and on the trips to less developed towns, will be Pastor Francis Jackson. Pastor Jackson has served as a pastor for thirty years; he oversees a large church and several branch churches. He works with Overseas Relief Agency (ORA) in Germany to provide many social programs for different needy groups of people in South India. Projects run include an orphanage, church school and providing food for those suffering with leprosy.
