Updates on the team
Alan missed the meetings on Thursday, due to being ill from something he ate. The other members of the team were so worried, as were the India team, that they took him to hospital. The Doctor was brilliant and soon put it down to bad food poisoning and not anything more serious. Medication was prescribed and paid for (Rupees 250 - for 6 items!! that's about 3 pounds and 30 pence!) and they all went back to the hotel. By Friday morning after antibiotics, a bit of sleep and a lot of prayer, Alan was very much on the mend. In fact he was well enough to speak at the conference meeting the next morning (1st Session!).
Eileen is fine, she had a slightly upset tummy, which she says is unusual for her on her trips to India, but is 110% now. She has been saying to a few of the Bangalore folks how much the Indian weather agrees with her normally bad ankles. Their reply has been, "You should spend more time in India!" She has been a real blessing to the TFG Team and ALL the Indian folk (young and old alike).
Vic is OK, but had a tummy upset at the start of the visit which has not totally cleared up. He has been leading and guiding the team well.
Lydia is fine - both in health and TFG work. The rest of the team are happy that one member has escaped being unwell!

On Wednesday or Thursday a Hindu priest bowed down at Eileen's feet, Eileen asked him to stand up and questioned him - the reason he had come forward was to give his life to Jesus Christ!

The itinerary has changed a little and the team are now going to Hosur for a gospel meeting. The team are experiencing problems sending photographs, please pray that they would be able to overcome this difficulty.
Everyone is well and they are looking forward with anticipation to what God will do through the visit to Hosur.
