Here is information from Roger:
This morning was the MZN Church Pastors meeting. Roger preached and simon gave his testimony - he spoke to them in Tamil - everyone was very impressed. Pastor Ruby, Pastor Alphonsa, and Pastor Gopi Daniel were at the Pastor's meeting and it was great to see them again - see the picture gallery for some photographs.
The wedding in the afternoon went well although it started over an hour late, but apparently that is normal in India. Unfortunately we did not get any pictures of the wedding as the batteries gave out. We hope to get some photos from other people.
During the wedding a senior Pastor helped Roger with the cultural issues and Simon read the scripture at the wedding. The couple were thrilled that an English pastor gave them a British style wedding (as they put it). The bride's family have invited Simon and Roger to the reception as a sign of their gratitude.

The guests are assembled at the reception and then the couple enter, they go to their throne and sit there being photographed. Then they receive their guests, people go up a family at a time and give them their congratulations and gifts. The guests, after they have been received, then go through to the dining area to eat their food. They then come back into the reception hall to talk with family anf friends or are free to go. This, of course, is only our limited experience!

- For the health of the Roger and Simon. Pray particularly for Simon who has not been well.
