Today the team went to Kolar Gold Fields (KGF) to visit the silk worm farm, they saw the silk worms in the early stages of development. This is a project that is being sponsored by KMPC and they are providing work
and income to the poor and needy people of KGF. At the farm the team had the treat of tasting fresh coconut, straight from the tree.
On the way back from KGF there was a torrential downpour and the roads became flooded. The teams 4x4 had to negotiate the floods. Vic explained that the water nearly came into the vehicle the flood water was so deep. The team arrived safely back and will be visiting the orphanage and Talitha Cumi tomorrow.
