The team will arrive in Gulbarga at 8.15 am today.
The team will have the rest of day as a day of relaxation and then the Pastors’ Conference starts on Wednesday.
We had a message on the answerphone from the team today:
We are all safe and sound and in Gulbarga. Everything is okay. The Pastor's conference starts tomorrow and so does the evangelistic events. We are raring to get going!

Arrived in Golbarga after a long and strenuous train journey. We met a number of lovely people on the train and that made the journey less arduous. We were greeted and Garlanded at the station by part of the Indian team that had gone on before from Bangalore. Pastor Solomon was one of the local Indian Pastors that welcomed us. It is very hot and windy, the hotel is basic but comfortable and it is good to finally unpack.
Golbarga looks like a very interesting place and we are sure that God is about to do something. Please pray for everyone’s health and for an early breakthrough in the pastors conference as this connection with the local churches is often a gauge to the success of the gospel meetings.
Please pray:
- That the team will be able to relax today and will be strengthened for the days ahead
- For the team as they prepare for the Pastor's conference and gospel meetings
- For people to become Christians at the Gospel Meetings
- For the Pastors to be greatly blessed through the Conference
- For the health of the team - this is important throughout the mission
