Saturday 28th July
This is the fourth and final day of the Pastors Conference
in Cuddalore.
Greetings from India!
Vic and Brian flew home
yesterday, the team was sad to see them go but recognise
they have to get on with the work at hand.
During the last two days
we have seen wonderful things. The pastors at the conference
have been greatly encouraged and blessed by the ministry
of the team. Today was the last day of the conference and
ended with an Anointing Service. We formed an aisle - the
pastors and their wives passed along the line and we all
anointed them with oil - this was a powerful time and a
tremendous blessing to the pastors. After the pastors, everyone
else passed along the line so that every person present,
even the children, were anointed.
Pastor Jackson thanked
the team and said how much our ministry had been appreciated.
Tina, on behalf of Together for God, then thanked all concerned
for their hard work and for welcoming us so warmly. She
commended Pastor Jackson to the pastors in this area. We
were then presented with gifts.
The gospel meetings Friday
night and Saturday night have been incredible. Many people
have responded to the gospel and the team have seen wonderful
healings, from things such as jaundice/liver problems, deafness,
partially-sighted people with sight restored. One lady who
wasn't able to walk very well, after prayer was seen running
round with a team member, so excited at her healing.
We have seen an exciting
development in deliverance ministry - this area is a particularly
dark area and many people have been set free. As well as
people responding at the end of the message, many of the
team are leading people to the Lord in the prayer time.
Yesterday afternoon we
were asked to visit a church which also runs a school and
an orphanage. Nick gave short message to the schoolchildren,
who also sang to us. We then saw the orphanage and prayed
for the whole complex.
Today Jon preached at a
youth meeting - after preaching for half an hour to the
24 young men and women, he was asked to speak some more
- they are so hungry for the word of God.
Tomorrow the team is being
sent to seven different churches to preach. Then in the
evening it is the last gospel meeting at this location.
Please pray for all of us - everyone is either preaching
or giving testimonies tomorrow.
News on the team - some
are still experiencing stomach upset - please keep praying
- but spirits are high - we are excited and feel privileged
that the Lord is using us in such a powerful way.
First thing on Monday we
move to our next location - stopping to dedicate a church
on the way. Pastor Jackson will join us Monday afternoon
at the church. Then the pastors conference and gospel meetings
start on Tuesday. This time we will be speaking morning
and afternoon at the conference as it is only 2-3 days.
We would appreciate much prayer support during that time
as our schedule will be very demanding. But we are confident
that the Lord will strengthen us and see us through.
We will leave for Bangalore
on Friday as Pastor Jackson wants all those who are here
for the first time to see something of the city.

1] Please pray for the manifest presence of Jesus at the
first conference and that the anointing of God will be upon
those who Minister
2] Please pray for the evangelistic meetings that people
will come to know the Lord.
