Eileen's Story
Once again I felt it a great privilege to be part of the English team and to give my testimony at an excellent Women’s Conference, and to share this with the women from the Indian team.
It was a marvellous experience to see so many women in church enjoying this time together in worship, to see their enthusiasm as they sang their songs and said their prayers. The friendly fellowship they showed us after the Conference made me feel they were my sisters in God’s kingdom.
Our visit to the Talitha Cumi Refuge was once again an inspiration to the team. The refuge had made great progress since we visited last year. I felt the women had put their sad past behind them, and not only was the refuge a home for them but it was teaching them to be self-sufficient.
It was great to see Victoria whom I had been sponsoring and her hug as she welcomed me was something I will remember for a long time.

I am sure that the faith these women have in Jesus has helped them through their problem times in the past.
