Dispensing the prophetic - The More you Give

In the prophetic ministry, the more we give, the more we get. This is a biblical principle, a good example of which is the parable of the talents:

Mat 25:29 "For everyone who has will be given more, and he will have an abundance. Whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken from him."

C Sumner Wemp says in 'How on Earth can I be Spiritual?" (22):

"…when a Christian doesn't put to use what God gives him, he will lose it all when he stands before God. It also seems that the Christian who doesn't put to use what the Lord has given him will sooner or later lose the use of that now."

The saying use it or lose it comes to mind. God gives to us so that we may give out to others. If we gave a gift to a loved one and they never used it, we would be disappointed. How disappointing then when the body of Christ is impoverished because of lack of use of the anointed prophetic ministry. Of course this applies to any ministry that is 'hidden in the ground', not just the prophetic.
