The hotel stands in the centre of a rural town in Tamil Nadu that is famous for crackers, matches and ground nut sweets. The temperature today is around 38/40 degrees and the heat saps the energy.
Today we went for breakfast at Pastor Gnanaselvum, G Indira pastors wife cooked for us. We met John there son and took photographs. Then the team went to the grounds where the crusdae will be held to pray. We met several pastors and went to visit the children at Blessings Ophanage. The pastor who runs the orphanage told us that it would cost 25000 rupees (£300) to supply mains electricity to the building.
Tonight is the first Gospel meeting, where Roger will give a small testimony and Alan Field will preach.
