Together for God: India
God's investment in our future
Sat 20th April
We met pastor Joshua in the morning in Bishop Jackson's office. Pastor Joseph the took us to his church which is in the rural village of Ungarmpalli. It was a 3 hour plus car ride. It was good that we were in a 4x4 because the roads were quite difficult and there were a number of bridges that had been removed for improvements to the road.
When we arrived we we were taken to see the place where the church is to be constructed. We then went to the place where they hold their worship services. Pastor Joshua introduced us to his mother and his brothers family. We were asked to pray for the people and Vic Hudson gave a short message of encouragement. We then prayed over construction of the church. It took us 4 hours to drive back to Bangalore.
In the evening the team went to a meeting at the school where Lorraine gave her testimony and Vic preached

Ugarmpalli is a village of about 2000 and about 250 houses. It is a very poor rural area and people were surprised to see English people walking the streets. We had crowds of children following us through the village.
Please pray:
- The team are doing a lot of travelling - pray for travelling mercies
- For the health of the team
- For spiritual breakthroughs
