How does God Speak

Pain, Impressions, etc.

God speaks at times through someone experiencing pain in a particular part of their body, to bring a prophetic word to a congregation in order for prayer for healing to be offered. It's not unusual for someone to suddenly experience back pain or earache for instance, together with the knowledge that it's not applicable to them, but is to be shared with the meeting so that the person who is suffering can receive prayer and be healed.

Similarly, God will give someone an impression which if shared can bring encouragement, enlightenment, or revelation. The person may say, for example, that God is impressing on their Spirit that He wants to encourage people to go deeper in their worship of Him because He wants them to know His love in a greater measure.
