Law and Order

Every country has its judicial code, and has had from
primitive times. The classification of crime and punishment may vary, but there
has always been a universal desire for an ordered society without which things
would descend into anarchy and chaos. Offences against the person, property and
the state have always been considered subjects for punishment. Law and order is
a complex matter and several elements are involved in the administration of
justice.
