Few topics stir more passion than child abuse. Our society has become desensitised to physical abuse and can identify, even accept it. Yet, sexual abuse of children is still seen as so horrific that it is often denied and rarely responded to sensitively and compassionately.

Churches and voluntary organisations are today dealing more and more with child abuse allegations and related situations. We hope that "SURVIVING TOGETHER" will enable those working in the field to play a significant part in helping to protect children, to pastor wisely and to provide inspiration and support to survivors of abuse.

We believe that by working together we can make a difference and therefore we would be pleased to receive suggestions and contributions from those with similar goals.
