Leaders should regularly review with the helpers ways and means of implementing these guidelines.

Regular meetings to discuss areas of concern and ways to improve the effectiveness of the work while still maintaining best practice, will reinforce the policy to both old and new workers, together with the churches determination to implement the guidelines.
